MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Tappahannock Police Department is to provide effective and professional law enforcement in the protection of our citizens and enhance the quality of life in all communities within the town. This is to be accomplished through the cooperation and respect of our citizens by the police departments’ rigorous obedience to the Constitution of the United States and protecting the rights of all.
